Refund policy

At House of Saaj, each work is selected and packed with care. Because of the nature of these pieces, and the limited nature of many of them, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

To review a damage claim, we require:

• a video of the package being opened
• clear photographs of the outer packaging
• clear photographs of the damaged item
• clear photographs of the broken or affected areas

Requests sent after 48 hours, or without the required documentation, may not be eligible for review.
