House of Saaj focuses on handcrafted heritage arts and crafts shaped by traditional processes of making. Wherever possible, we work with generational artists and artisans. When they are not directly available, we work with trusted NGOs and rural or women artisan groups who continue to practice those traditional methods. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact House of Saaj within 48 hours of delivery. A video of the package being opened, along with clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item, is required for review.
