Shipping and Returns

At House of Saaj, each work is selected and packed with care.

Because many works are one-of-a-kind or limited, we encourage you to ask questions before purchase. We are happy to share additional images, scale notes, or placement guidance so you can choose with confidence.

Due to the nature of these pieces, and the limited nature of many of them, all sales are final.

Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched with care. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the work, destination, and carrier handling times.

Once an order has shipped, House of Saaj is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other transit-related circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

To review a damage claim, we require:

• a video of the package being opened
• clear photographs of the outer packaging
• clear photographs of the damaged item
• clear photographs of the broken or affected areas

Requests sent after 48 hours, or without the required documentation, may not be eligible for review.
